A worksheet can grow very wide and very long. You can add much more data to a worksheet than can be printed on one page. By default Excel prints as much as can be printed on each page in the order: top-to-bottom, right-to-left. For example, the following worksheet has the pages labeled in the order they will be printed:
In Page Break Preview you can adjust the location of the page breaks.
