How do you convert an existing Word document to HTML?

You can also save an existing Word document in HTML format. Open the document. Select Save as HTML... under the File menu.

Note:

• The web page may not appear exactly as the Word document. Some formatting is not transferrable onto HTML.
• If you have not saved this document as a Word document first, Word will ask you if you want to do so. It is a good idea to save the document as a Word document also, in case you want to preserve your original formatting.
