How do you preview and print a worksheet?

Previewing and printing a worksheet has many similarities with previewing and printing a word processing document. You may want to review those lessons:

In Excel Print and Print Preview act on the selected worksheets. (Selecting multiple worksheets is covered in a separate lesson.)

The Print Preview window of Excel has many of the same features you will find on the Print Preview window in Word, but visually looks very different.
