Inserting and removing a disk is a simple operation. The diskette is designed so that there is only one way it can be inserted. The metal latch at the front of the diskette is inserted first. The flat side of the diskette should be facing up; the oposite side will have a small cut-out the size of a quarter in the center. If you insert the diskette properly, you will hear a solid click as the diskette is latched into place. To remove the diskette there is a button beside the slot which will eject the diskette a fraction from the slot.
